Proclamation Request Form
Guidelines & Conditions
- All proclamation requests must be submitted at least 30 days prior to their request for issuance.
- In order for a proclamation to be considered, the following form must be completed in its entirety, along with a draft of the proclamation attached (additional instructions regarding the form are below).
- Final approval of all proclamation requests will be given by the Mayor's office and language may be subject to amendment. Proclamation requests should relate to Town business.
- Upon approval, proclamations can be issued at the first Town Council meeting of the month (typically the first Wednesday, unless the first meeting is cancelled and it will be the third Wednesday of the month) or issued administratively and added to the website.
