SERVICE FEE DESCRIPTION COST ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 
Standard monthly service fee $16.22 monthly
  • Once weekly trash cart collection
  • Once weekly recycling cart collection
  • Once monthly bulk trash collection (up to six cubic yards)
Exempt property monthly service fee for recycling only $6.75 monthly
  • Once weekly recycling cart collection
  • Only for lots on which large livestock are kept legally in conformance with the Town zoning ordinance or a lot of two acres or more in size, and; demonstrate alternative service for disposal of solid waste that complies with all Town, county, state and federal rules.
Additional trash cart $7.15 monthly
  • Plus a one-time cart delivery fee of $15.00
  • Once weekly collection of additional trash cart
Additional recycling cart No monthly charge
  • Plus a one-time cart delivery fee of $15.00
  • Once weekly collection of additional recycling cart
Full manure cart $15.15 monthly
  • Plus a one-time cart delivery fee of $15.00
  • Once weekly collection of 95 gallons of manure (must be dried and bagged)
Half manure cart $11.15 monthly
  • Plus a one-time cart delivery fee of $15.00
  • Once weekly collection of 47 gallons of manure (must be dried and bagged)
Non-collection day or missed pickup fee $21.75
  • Fee is per cart
Exchange cart fee $15.00
  • Fee is per cart
Extra bulk pickup $82.00
  • One scheduled collection of up to six cubic yards of bulk waste
Temporary discontinuance application fee $25.00
  • Payment due upon submission
  • Discontinuance may not exceed six months per calendar year
Cart replacement fee $100.00
  • This fee will be assessed upon inspection when a cart is required to be replaced for any reason other than normal wear and tear.
Initial cost of carts $100.00+
  • Minimum of $100.00 per cart or current market costs, whichever is greater.
  • Paid by the person applying for the initial building permit for each new residential waste service unit at the same time that other fees for the residential building permit are paid, or the current owner when a property is annexed into the Town's boundaries (see Queen Creek Town Code, Chapter 10, Article 10-9).

The Town of Queen Creek contracts with Waste Connections of Arizona (formerly RAD) to provide trash and recycling services for residents within the incorporated limits of Queen Creek.
