Guidelines & Conditions

  • Any ceremonial item to be presented during a Town Council meeting must be approved and scheduled in advance. Requests must be made at least 30 days prior to the requested Town Council Meeting. 
  • In order for a ceremonial item to be considered, the following form must be completed in its entirety.
  • Queen Creek Town Council will make the final decision on whether a ceremonial item is issued and reserves the right to decline any ceremonial item without further detail. 
  • Upon approval, Town Council staff would assign an upcoming Town Council meeting for the ceremonial and will coordinate on meeting details. 
  • Ceremonial items will be recognized during the Regular Session of a Queen Creek Town Council meeting. Meetings will begin at 6:30 p.m. and are held in the Queen Creek Community Chambers, 20727 Civic Pkwy, Queen Creek, AZ 85142.
