Non-Resident Program Registration Procedures
It is the policy of the Town of Queen Creek to permit non-residents to participate in
registered programs, having paid the resident rate plus non-resident surcharge and
followed the non-resident registration timeline.
- Program Registration: Non-residents may register for programs during a specified non-resident registration period, which begins after the initial resident-only registration period. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to program availability.
- Waitlists: Non-residents may join waitlists for full programs. If a spot becomes available and there are no residents on the list, non-residents will be notified in the order they were added to the waitlist.
Non-Resident QCRAC Facility Access During Programs
- Program-Specific Access: Non-residents may access the QCRAC facilities only during the times of their registered programs. They must check in at the front desk and may only use the facilities directly related to their registered program.
- No General Access: Non-residents are not permitted to use the general facilities, such as the gym, pool, or other recreational areas, outside of their registered program area and time. The exception to this is if the non-resident has been sponsored by a resident and has purchased a day pass for entry.
