Development Services Department
Whether you're a family building your dream home, a developer planning a new subdivision or a builder looking to meet construction requirements, the Town of Queen Creek is here to help you achieve your goals.
Development Services Department includes Building Safety, Engineering, Code Compliance, and Planning. Our services include review of development proposals; review, permitting and inspection of construction projects, as well as general inquiry or meeting with customers to discussion development projects within the Town.
We are located in the Municipal Services Building at 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85142.
Hours of Operation:
7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Offices are closed on Fridays.
