We are open Monday - Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., and closed on Fridays.

Planning Division
The Planning Division administers the General Plan, Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances.
Planning provides staffing to the Town Council, Planning & Zoning Commission, Board of Adjustment, and various other Boards and Committees.
Planners are available to answer any questions you may have and guide you through the initial application process, from the Pre-Application meeting all the way to Town Council approval, in order to prepare your project for Building and Engineering Plan Review.
