The Town Clerk’s Office is responsible for coordinating Town Council meetings, including agenda management, minute preparation, and posting meeting materials for public access. It maintains the Town's official records and administers local elections in partnership with the Elections Offices of Maricopa and Pinal Counties. The office also processes liquor license applications, manages public records requests, and addresses public inquiries.
Additionally, the Town Clerk’s Office codifies new ordinances into the Town Code and oversees the recruitment and appointment process for board and commission members. Reporting directly to the Town Council, the Town Clerk ensures efficient operations, transparency, and compliance with statutory requirements.
