All businesses located or doing business within the Town of Queen Creek must be licensed before beginning operation. If a business has more than one location in Town, each location must have a separate business license.

The fee for a new business license is $60 and expires 12-months from the date of issue.

The total review process may take up to 14 business days.

Please note that having a "Queen Creek" postal address does not necessarily mean that you live within the Town's incorporated boundaries. The incorporated boundaries for the Town of Queen Creek are separate and distinct from the US Postal Zip Codes that are designated as "Queen Creek."  See Town map. Do I Live in QC?

Renewal fee for businesses within the Town limits = $40 / outside of the Town limits = $60

• Renewals occur annually on the Month of Issuance.

• Notices are mailed or emailed to the business one-month prior to expiration and must be renewed within 30-days after the expiration date to avoid a late penalty.

• Business owners are responsible for renewing their license. Failure to receive a renewal notice does not relieve the business of their responsibility to renew their license.

A Town of Queen Creek Business License cannot be transferred to another person or business without the permission of the Town.

Changes related to the business activity, address, use, or ownership, must be reported to the Town Clerk's Office within 30-days.
