Notice of Public Hearing Regarding Development Impact Fees and Intent to Assess Development Impact Fees
The Town Council hereby (i) gives notice of its intent to assess development fees and (ii) sets a public hearing on the proposed development fees at the regularly scheduled Town Council meeting on December 18, 2024 at 6:30p.m. in the Town's Community Chambers located at 20727 E. Notice of Public Hearing Regarding the Town of Queen Creek Biennial Certified Audit Report for Fiscal Years 2020-2021 and 2021-2022
In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes Section 9-463.05(G)(2), the Town of Queen Creek hereby gives notice of a public hearing to be held at the regularly scheduled Town Council meeting on October 1, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. in the Town’s Community Chambers located at 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek, Arizona. The Town Council will accept comments in connection with the Town’s report on its Biennial Certified Audit of Land Use Assumptions, Infrastructure Improvement Plan, and Development Impact Fees, a copy of which report can be found at https://www.queencreekaz.gov/

Notice of Proposed Updates to Additional 0.25% Town Center Transaction Privilege Tax:
In accordance with A.R.S. §42-6054, public notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on June 5, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. in the Queen Creek Community Chambers building, 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek, Arizona. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on a repeal of the additional 0.25% transaction privilege tax on certain business activities within the Queen Creek Town Center special district. Information relating to the proposed repeal of the transaction privilege tax is available in the Town Clerk’s office at 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, Arizona and on the Town’s website at QueenCreekAZ.gov.

In accordance with A.R.S. §9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Queen Creek Town Council may consider approving a change to the Town property tax rates for fiscal year 2024/25 at a public meeting in the Community Chambers, 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek, AZ, Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. The levy amount and/or tax rate may be increased over the approved levy and/or tax rate for fiscal year 2023/24. Notice of Proposed Updates to Land Use Assumptions and Infrastructure Improvements Plan
In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 9-463.05(D), the Town of Queen Creek will hold a public hearing to accept comments on proposed updates to the Town's infrastructure improvements plan and the associated land-use assumptions. The public hearing will be held on May 15, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town’s Community Chambers located at 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek, Arizona. The time period for the projections in the infrastructure improvements plan and the land-use assumptions is 10 years, beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2033. The following necessary public services are included in the infrastructure improvements plan: (i) parks and recreation; (ii) transportation; (iii) fire; and (iv) public safety. A map of the service area to which the land-use assumptions apply is available on the Town’s website at the link below. The documents used to prepare the land-use assumptions and the infrastructure improvements plan are available to the public upon request at the Town's Finance Department. Notice of Public Hearing Regarding the Intention to Increase Fees - New Meter Installation
The Queen Creek Town Council will hold a public hearing on April 17, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. regarding a proposed fee increase for new meter installation fees. Please see the schedule below which shows the current meter fees and the proposed new fees.
The public hearing will be held in the Community Chambers building, 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek, Arizona.
If the proposed increase is approved, it would become effective May 17, 2024 (any permits assessed fees on or after the effective date would get the new meter fees).

Notice of Intention to Increase Solid Waste Cart Fee
Pursuant to ARS §9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the Queen Creek Town Council will hold a public hearing on Jan. 17, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. regarding a proposed fee increase for residential solid waste carts. The proposed fee is $100 per cart, an increase from $75 per cart. The fee is applicable for both the initial cost of carts for newly constructed homes (charged during the permit process) and replacement carts.
The public hearing will be held in the Community Chambers building, 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek.
If the proposed increase is approved, it would become effective February 17, 2024.

Notice of Modification of Infrastructure Improvement Plan
In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 9-511.01, public notice is hereby given that the Queen Creek Town Council may consider modifications to the Town’s adopted infrastructure improvements plans for water and wastewater at a public meeting to be held on December 6, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. in the Town’s Community Chambers located at 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek, Arizona. The proposed modifications do not cause an increase in the water and wastewater capacity fees adopted pursuant to Ordinance 700-19. Notice of Intent: Establish Fees
Pursuant to ARS §9-499.15, the Town of Queen Creek hereby gives notice that it may adopt an ordinance or resolution to establish a service fee related to credit and debit card payments made through the Town’s Development Services Department. A public hearing has been set for December 15, 2021 in the Community Chambers, 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek, Arizona at 6:30 p.m. for the purpose of receiving public comment on the proposed service fee. Information relating to the fee is available in the Town Clerk’s office at 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, Arizona, and on the Town’s website at www.queencreekaz.gov.
The Town proposes to establish the fee to recoup the costs of accepting credit and debit card payments for Development Services transactions. The fee will be applied to payments made for services listed in the Development Services fee schedule that is available on the Town’s website, including Planning, Building Safety & Code Compliance, Engineering, Fire Permit, Plan Review and Inspection services. Each payment made online (credit or debit card) or any payment made at the counter or over the phone with a credit or debit card for such services will be assessed a fee of 2.40% of the transaction’s total gross amount.
The Queen Creek Town Council will consider this matter at its regular Town Council meeting to be held at the Queen Creek Community Chambers, located at 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek, Arizona at 6:30 p.m., on December 15, 2021, at 6:30 p.m. Following such consideration, the Town Council may approve, disapprove, or modify said ordinance or resolution.

Pursuant to A.R.S. §39-121.01, please take notice that the Council of the Town of Queen Creek intends to establish fees associated with the request/release of public records (associated with the Police Department).
A copy of the fee schedule is on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 22358 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85142, and available to the public.
The Town of Queen Creek will hold a public hearing on the proposed fee schedule on November 17, 2021 at 6:30 PM at the Community Chambers, located at 20727 E. Civic Parkway, Queen Creek, Arizona 85142 for the purpose of receiving public comment on proposed fee schedule.

In accordance with A.R.S. §9-511.01, notice of intent is hereby given that a public hearing has been set for October 6, 2021 in the Community Chambers, 20727 E.
