Any peddler, solicitor, transient merchant or itinerant vendor must obtain a license prior to engaging in business within the town limits of Queen Creek.

Fees

• $250 per calendar quarter
• $25 for each individual working in Queen Creek

• Minimum 10 business day processing period before license and ID badges will be issued

Handbill Distributors

The distribution of printed material including flyers and handbills is regulated under Queen Creek Town Code (10-3-9 Handbills:  Commercial and Non-Commercial)

• To distribute handbills (flyers) a daily license is required: - $10 per day.
  
  
• Please fill out the General Business Application
  • Provide a copy of the flyer that will be distributed
  • Provide the dates that your business will be in Town limits distributing flyers. Licenses are issued for consecutive days and the distribution dates will be printed on the license.
