The Town of Queen Creek commissioned a Comprehensive Utility Master Plan that documents the current system and identifies proposed system improvements. Based on this analysis, a capital improvement project (CIP) program has been prepared to assist the Town in fiscal planning by providing costs for CIP projects identified by the plan.
