The following information is designed to assist all contractors.

We have recently streamlined the process for requesting new water meters in an effort to improve the customer experience.

As a result, you are no longer required to submit a water sizing worksheet for projects within the Queen Creek Town limits.  Recent enhancements to the permitting process enable the water sizing information to be printed directly onto your building permit.

Once you receive your permit (for all projects within the Town), you may request a new water meter by emailing NewMeterRequest@QueenCreekAZ.gov; please include a copy of your permit.

For projects outside the Queen Creek Town limits that receive Queen Creek Water, please continue to submit your water sizing worksheet after you submit your permit to the appropriate entity (Maricopa County or Pinal County). A link to the water sizing worksheet is available at queencreekaz.gov/watersizing. Completed water sizing worksheets must be submitted to NewMeterRequest@QueenCreekAZ.gov

New meter email requests are processed within 24 hours.  You will be contacted to complete your request, set up an account, and process payment.  Please note that meter sets can take up to 7 to 10 business days after the account set up and payment is received.
