Following the recommendations from the CDC to help slow the spread of COVID-19, attendance at Town meetings is currently limited to 25 people, including members of the Town Council and staff, to maintain physical distancing. Some members of the Town Council and staff may attend electronically.
The public can continue to watch the meeting live streamed visiting QueenCreek.org/WatchMeetings.
Public comment: in addition to attending in-person, there are two options for residents to submit public comment for the June 17 Town Council meeting:
- Email: submit a comment to PublicComment@QueenCreek.org. Every email received will be entered into the official record. Please include your name, address, comment and note if your comment is for call to the public or the public hearing.
- WebEx Online Meeting: Using a computer, tablet or smartphone, log into the meeting through WebEx (LINK) and provide a public comment. To participate, register with your name, address and comment. View detailed WebEx instructions here. For additional help, contact WebEx Technical Support 1-866-229-3239.
If you are joining via WebEx and would like to speak:
- You must have completed the registration form when clicking the link, it prompts you with a series of questions related to the agenda. If you did not register, and simply “joined the event”, click the WebEx link above. Registration is on the left;
- You must be connected through the WebEx online option, not the phone number;
- You must have a microphone on the device you are using;
- You will be called upon during the corresponding agenda item. At that time, you will be unmuted and will have up to three minutes to speak.
- Please note there is a 10 second delay from the WebEx to the Chambers.
Comments without identifying name and address will not be read or submitted as part of the written record.
