All Water charges (except capacity fees) are subject to State and Local Sales Tax, and all water usage is subject to Arizona Water Use Tax.

The minimum monthly rates shown in the chart below include the first 1,000 gallons of usage and is based on the size of your meter.  The commodity charge is then added depending on the usage over the first 1,000 gallons.  If you do not know the size of your meter, please call 480-358-3450 for assistance.

*Larger meters and landscape meters require an above-ground back-flow protection device to be installed by customers at their expense. Back-flow must be installed prior to the meter being set. Annual inspections are required on all back-flow devices and results reported to Town of Queen Creek's Utilities Division. For more information on on back-flows visit our Backflow Information webpage.

We have recently streamlined the process for requesting new water meters in an effort to improve the customer experience.

As a result, you are no longer required to submit a water sizing worksheet for projects within the Queen Creek Town limits.  Recent enhancements to the permitting process enable the water sizing information to be printed directly onto your building permit.

Once you receive your permit (for all projects within the Town), you may request a new water meter by emailing NewMeterRequest@QueenCreekAZ.gov; please include a copy of your permit. Home

For projects outside the Queen Creek Town limits that receive Queen Creek Water, please continue to submit your water sizing worksheet after you submit your permit to the appropriate entity (Maricopa County or Pinal County). A link to the water sizing worksheet is available at QueenCreek.gov/WaterSizing. Completed water sizing worksheets must be submitted to NewMeterRequest@QueenCreekAZ.gov

New meter email requests are processed within 24 hours.  You will be contacted to complete your request, set up an account, and process payment.  Please note that meter sets can take up to 7 to 10 business days after the account set up and payment is received.
