Collection services occur between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. and can vary due to a number of circumstances. If your trash or recycle cart has been missed during your collection day, please fill out the form below.

The hauler services between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. The missed service request will be sent to the hauler the next business day. Please leave your Carts or Bulk Trash curbside until the request is resolved. An additional fee may be required.

If you have a missed pick-up on Thursday after 6 p.m., please call the After-Hours Emergency Number at 480-358-3450.
