The scope of the work that the Facilities Division does on a day to day basis involves preventive maintenance, custodial services, HVAC water chemistry, elevator maintenance , contracted pest control, life safety monitoring, generator maintenance, chiller and Computer Room AC units (CRAC), security management, building access, card access badge system, contracted lighting maintenance in the ball fields and pathways, Life Safety inspections including fire sprinkler systems, fire alarms and extinguishers, emergency lighting, elevators, door key management, and contracted automated door maintenance , electrical and plumbing repairs and replacement, carpentry, masonry, painting, installation of modular offices and workspaces, employee requests, and internal consumable supply management.
