Effective Dec. 1, 2023, Town Code, that was adopted through Ordinance 823-23, outlines the permissible operation of bicycles and other power-driven mobility devices throughout the Town of Queen Creek. This Code also allows certain "motorized" devices to be used on Town owned multi-use trails/paths and sidewalks.

Devices must be operated in a reasonable and safe manner, follow the posted speed limit, obey all traffic laws, and yield to pedestrians and equestrians. For a full list of all applicable rules of operation, refer to Ordinance 823-23.

The Town’s trail system provides connectivity throughout town and with neighboring communities. All trails other than the Wash bottoms (reserved for equestrians) are multi-use trails/paths. Please be QC neighborly and remember pedestrians and equestrians have the right of way QueenCreekAZ.gov/Trails.

To report prohibited devices on the trails, please call QCPD’s non-emergency number at 480-358-3500; dial 9-1-1 in an emergency.
