All buildings at HPEC are considered smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outside the buildings in designated areas of the centre. Smoking is not permitted in the overflow parking lot.

Animals must remain on a leash at all times, and their owners must pick up all related waste.

There are 2 dump stations at Horseshoe Park.  They are located in the NW corner of the RV lot.  To access them, enter on the West side of the facility and follow the road to the back fence and turn right.  The fee to use the dump stations is $15.  They are open 24/7.

The Community Arena, located in the southwest section of the facility, consists of an arena, round pen, small gathering area and restrooms. The Community Arena opens at 7 a.m. and closes at 10 p.m. daily. The arena is available for drop-in use only. Equestrian activities requiring special equipment (barrels, jumping poles, cones, mounted shooting, etc.) are not permitted. The Event Centre makes up the majority of the site. Yes. A negotiated reservation fee is required for each event rental date. The reservation fee is due at the signing of a Facility Use Agreement. The reservation fee is credited to the final bill. Fees are non-refundable if the renter cancels the reservation.

Multi-year contracts are negotiable. Terms depend on the size of the event and its impact on the Queen Creek economy. Please call 480-358-3793 for questions about your rental.

Unless otherwise stated in the contract, any cancellation within six months of the event date will require full payment of the contract.

Yes. Like so much else in this business, the size of the incentive is in direct correlation with the size of the event that is brought to Horseshoe Park.

Yes. The required coverage amounts, additionally insured documentation and type of policy will be outlined in your Facility Use Agreement. The insurance policy document must be received at least 30 days prior to the event. Failure to comply with insurance requirements will result in forfeiture of the reserved dates and any/all fees paid.

Arena rental fees cover the arena only. Any additional setup requirements (e.g., panel set up for roping, rodeo, bull riding, etc.) incur fees. For pricing details call 480-358-3793.

Concessions and catering are handled by our on-site concessionaire. No outside food or beverage vendors will be permitted without written consent from the Horseshoe Park General Manager. For details, please call 480-358-3793.

Grilling is only allowed at reserved RV sites.
