Subdivision of land is the method of transforming community goals for residential development into reality. Good subdivisions lead to permanently stable neighborhoods offering residents safe, healthful, and pleasant living conditions. The Queen Creek Subdivision Ordinance establishes the wishes and goals of residents in development of neighborhoods. It provides a basis of understanding and equitable treatment between private developers and the Town.
