Notes:

• Administrative Completeness reviews of planning applications are processed within 5 days.
• TRC review times are completed within the required 30 day review timeframe (~3-4 working weeks per review).
• Pre-application meetings are held on Thursday afternoons and are scheduled 1-2 weeks in advance depending on the timing and completeness of the submittal. Additional details on project approval and timing are provided at the pre-app meeting.
• Planning Commission is held on the second Wednesday of each month. All outstanding TRC review comments must be addressed before an item can be placed on the Commission agenda.
