The Town of Queen Creek has adopted noise ordinances (9-3-3, 9-6-4, 9-6-10) in order to maintain a high quality of life for its residents. A Noise Restriction is in place from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, including landscape machine noise, within the Town limits.

The following are common noise complaints:                      

• Animal noise- it is unlawful (9-6-7) to keep or harbor any animal which by frequent, habitual or continued barking, yelping, howling, crowing or the making of any noise disturbs the peace of the neighborhood
• Construction noise-start/stop times vary depending on the time of year.

• Aircraft noise-is exempt from noise level regulations. To express concern related to aircraft noise, please contact:
