The Queen Creek Town Council approved regulations for construction activities within the Town.  The ordinance is designed to provide restrictions on construction activities within the community in order to help preserve the residential characteristics by reducing noise within occupied areas.  

As per Ordinance, the construction activities are prohibited during the following time periods, unless a nighttime and Holiday Construction Permit has been obtained as provided in Section 7.1.4.10 of the Town Code.  

• Prior to 6 a.m. and after 7 p.m. Monday through Friday from Sept. 16 through May 14.
• Prior to 5 a.m. and after 7 p.m. Monday through Friday from May 15 through Sept. 15.
• Prior to 7 a.m. and after 5 p.m. on Saturdays throughout the year.
• At all times on Sundays and legal holidays as defined by the Town.
