Friday Activities & Experiences 

Tree Lighting: Invite family and friends for the official kickoff to the holiday season, and don’t forget to dress warmly to fully appreciate this outdoor activity.

Entertainment: Community stage performances are offered throughout the event. The performances are coordinated through various local performing arts groups within the community.

Pictures with Santa: Capture the magic of the holiday season with pictures with Santa.

Santa's Workshop: Welcome one and all to Santa's Workshop where you can decorate garland and ornaments to your heart's content.

Letters to Santa: Children of all ages are invited to write and send their letters to Santa.

Food Trucks: Experience a flavor-packed lineup with our food vendors. 

Saturday Activities & Experiences

On Saturday, Dec. 7, the morning event will feature a parade! Visit Queen Creek Town Center to see your local band groups, businesses, equine groups and more stroll down Ellsworth Rd. 

Parade Theme: The Town of Queen Creek's Special Events team is excited to announce the QC Hometown Christmas parade theme this year will be 'A Storybook Christmas'! Bring to life the classic Christmas tales such as 'Twas the Night Before Christmas', 'The Polar Express' and so many more through your parade floats, vehicles and walking groups alike. 

Parade Viewing: Grab your lawn chairs or blankets. The best place to view the parade is on Ellsworth Rd. south of Victoria Ln.

Elfsworth & Rabbi Rittenhouse Adventures 

Follow the Town of Queen Creek Parks & Recreation (Official) Facebook page, as we bring back fictional characters, and favorite seasonal members of the LPL team, Elfsworth, and Rabbi Rittenhouse. 

Rules of the Road

• Vehicle owners must complete the Parade Application to participate. Only those who have properly registered their vehicles will be allowed to participate at the event.

• Proof of insurance for each participating vehicle must be uploaded to this form. Insurance must be provided no later than Friday, Oct. 11.

• Candy, gifts, or any materials may NOT be thrown or given to the crowd from any float or unit participating in the parade. This will result in being prohibited from participating in future events. 

• Entries may load in on Saturday, Dec. 7 (exact time-frame will be provided before the event date).  Entries that arrive after check-in closes will not be able to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS will be made. No refund will be given.

• Entries will be provided with a designated location. Upon check-in, entries will be given their space assignment. Entries must be staged in their designated space.
