Planning a Special Event or Neighborhood Event in the QC?

Thank you for your interest in hosting an event in the Town of Queen Creek!

The Town of Queen Creek has implemented a new special event software called Eproval to streamline our application process. Our Special Events office staff, along with this online platform, will assist you in navigating the planning and permitting requirements necessary for a safe and successful event.

Depending on the details of your event, you may be working with several different Town departments to obtain the required permits and approvals. While it is the event organizer's responsibility to work directly with the various Town departments though Eproval, we are here to help!

To submit a Special Event or Block Party Application, you will need to create an account in the Eproval system. If you don't have an account, please create one.

*Major special events conducted within the Town of Queen Creek must submit a Special Event Application a minimum of 60 days prior to the event. Special Event Applications received after this time frame may not be approved.

*The Block Party/Neighborhood Event Application must be submitted at least 10 business days prior to the event.
