Queen Creek residents are invited to take part in a series of free classes at Queen Creek’s HOA Academy. Presented by The Leadership Centre and the Town of Queen Creek, these classes provide detailed information about responsibilities of Homeowners’ Associations (HOA) and HOA leadership. Classes include:
HOA 101: Thursday, Nov. 1 from 6-9 p.m.
Learn about the legal aspects of homeowner associations(HOAs) and covenants, conditions and restrictions (CCRs).
Budgets, Financial Statements & Reserves: Thursday, Nov. 8 from 6-9 p.m.
How to select a management company and other vendors.
How to Have Successful & Peaceful Meetings: Thursday, Nov. 15 from 6-9 p.m.
Best practices for resolving neighborhood issues
Classes are free for residents of Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Chandler and Gilbert, and $10 for residents of other municipalities. Classes will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Queen Creek Library, 21802 S. Ellsworth Road. Register at www.theleadershipcentre.org or call 480-732-7174.
