Earth Day Special Event

Earth day is Sunday, April 22. It is a highly recognized day that is intended to raise international awareness and appreciation for the Earth's natural environment. Earth Day is celebrated in more than 175 countries every year. In observance of Earth Day, the Town will be holding a special recycling drop-off event on Saturday, April 21 at the Queen Creek Library. The celebration will include a recycling drop-off, in partnership with Right Away Disposal and CMS/Morrell.  The drop-off will include:  Electronics, Tires, Appliances, Metals, Rechargeable batteries, and Document Shredding.
