Queen Creek residents are invited to take part in a series of free classes at Queen Creek's HOA Academy. Presented by The Leadership Centre and the Town of Queen Creek, these classes will provide detailed information about responsibilities of Home Owner Associations (HOA) and HOA leadership.

Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions are an area where many HOAs face challenges. What is good policy? Can they be changed? How do you enforce C, C & Rs with fairness and the best interest of the community? The importance of community building is also discussed.

Classes are free for residents of Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Chandler and Gilbert, and $10 for residents of other municipalities. Classes will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Queen Creek Library, 21802 S. Ellsworth Road. Space is limited, so register soon at www.theleadershipcentre.org or call 480-420-8521.
