Queen Creek residents are invited to take part in a series of free classes at Queen Creek's HOA Academy. Presented by The Leadership Centre and the Town of Queen Creek, these classes will provide detailed information about responsibilities of Home Owner Associations (HOA) and HOA leadership.


Topics include: Using Robert’s Rules of Order, how to address security issues (from calming techniques to when to call the police), creating an agenda that will work for you, ground rules, ice breakers, conducting regular board meetings and annual meetings, and keeping minutes.

Classes are free for residents of Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Chandler and Gilbert, and $10 for residents of other municipalities. Classes will be held from 6-8:30 p.m. at the Queen Creek Library, 21802 S. Ellsworth Road. Space is limited, so register soon at www.theleadershipcentre.org or call 480-420-8521.
