Queen Creek residents are invited to take part in a series of free classes at Queen Creek's HOA Academy. Presented by The Leadership Centre and the Town of Queen Creek, these classes will provide detailed information about responsibilities of Home Owner Associations (HOA) and HOA leadership.

This class is designed to provide participants with a practical foundation of the legal components of homeowner associations. This includes creation and enforcement of codes, covenants and restrictions (C, C & Rs), legal jurisdictions and obligations of homeowner associations, and rights of homeowners. As the laws are continually changing with respect to HOAs, legislative updates are included. This class is facilitated by attorneys specializing in community association law.

Classes are free for residents of Queen Creek, Apache Junction, Chandler and Gilbert, and $10 for residents of other municipalities.
