• General Registration: Feb. 15 - 25
• Late Registration: March 1 - 4

All registrations are accepted on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. Only eight teams will be accepted into the league. All teams after the initial eight will be put on a waiting list.

T-shirts will be given to the team with the best overall league record, and a trophy will be given to the team that wins the end of the season tournament. The Town of Queen Creek Adult Basketball League follows modified AIA rules.

The entry fee includes the end of the season single elimination tournament. The Parks and Recreation Department will accept registration by postal mail but is not responsible for postal delays. Registration can also be dropped off in person during regular business hours at the Parks and Recreation Department office, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road, Queen Creek, AZ 85242. Faxed registration forms are not accepted. Registration forms and league rule manuals will be available on January 27 at the Parks and Recreation Office.
