The Maricopa County Department of Transportation (MCDOT) RightRoads Program, in coordination with the Town of Queen Creek and the City of Mesa, is conducting a public open house meeting to gather community input regarding the Findings and Recommendations of the Signal Butte Corridor Improvement Study. The study evaluated potential improvements along Signal Butte Road between US60 and Rittenhouse Road. The goal of the study is to identify and establish the future roadway type, alignment, number of lanes and right-of-way requirements along the Signal Butte Road corridor to safely accommodate future traffic demand.
Evaluated alternatives along with the recommended "Preferred" roadway cross section and future roadway alignment will be presented for public review and comment. Stop by anytime between 5-7 p.m. to speak with MCDOT project team members. For more information contact Denise Lacey at 602-506-6172 or write to Lacey at: MCDOT, 2901 W.
