SRP filed their application with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) on June 12 for a certificate of environmental compatability seeking permission to construct the Abel-Moody power line southeast along the Rittenhouse railroad corridor, east on Ryan Road, and south on Signal Butte. To view a copy of the 900 page application, please visit the front desk of the Town's Development Services Building.

Public hearings before the Arizona Power Plant and Transmission Line Siting Committee will be held on Aug. 5 at 9:30 a.m. If needed, the hearings will continue Aug. 6-7. Residents are encouraged to attend the special public comment session on Aug. 5 at 6 p.m. To view an agenda, please click here.
