Ages 12-18. PARENTAL PERMISSION SLIP REQUIRED. Learn about the wonderful traditional Indian art of henna tattoos made from plant-based dyes with body artist Nancy Kartoon. Hang out as Nancy draws beautiful designs on your skin and teaches you how to use henna dye and care for your henna tattoos. Your henna tattoo will be wrapped before leaving and cannot get wet for 16 hours after application. Henna tattoos are temporary but can last for several weeks with care. Take-home cones of henna dye will be available for purchase ($5) for those who would like to continue to develop their henna design skills at home. Limited to 12 participants.
