Queen Creek residents are invited to learn about the legislative process at Queen Creek Day at the Legislature Wednesday, Jan. 21. At this event, participants can talk about issues important to Queen Creek, hear from lawmakers, learn about the 2009 legislative agenda, tour the House and Senate chambers, and enjoy a free lunch.
Transportation will be provided by the Town of Queen Creek. Vans will leave Town Hall, 22350 S. Ellsworth Road, at 10 a.m. and return at 2:30 p.m. Individuals may also meet the group in front of the Legislative Chambers at Capitol Mall, 1700 W. Washington St., Phoenix, at 11 a.m.
