Foreclosure Survival for Families and Neighborhoods

Is your family facing foreclosure? What about your neighbors? Is your community being impacted by an increase in foreclosed properties? In these economic times, we all need to know how to help each other and ourselves. This informational event will address:

  • What a foreclosure is (the timeline and available options),
  • How to create a “crisis budget” (a critical tool when facing foreclosure or other economic challenges), and
  • How neighborhoods can work through the issues they face due to foreclosures.

One-on-one counseling will be available for families facing a foreclosure, as will information on where to get help when facing economic challenges and loss of a job.

Individuals who are facing foreclosure, individuals who live in neighborhoods with foreclosures, and individuals who can help share this information in their community are invited to attend
