The public open house series from Aug. 25-27 is an opportunity to provide comments to SRP related to the Abel-Moody 230,000 kilovolt (230kV) Transmission Project.
SRP plans to construct this 20 mile, double-circuit, 230kV transmission line to connect three substations in order to provide additional power that will be needed by projected developments and to increase the reliability and performance of the local high-voltage system.
