Jazzercise is an all-around workout with cardio dance moves using new fun music which can be modifies to all levels and ages. In one hour, you use every part of your body by sculpting, toning, stretching, strengthen and muscle building with using weights and/or tubes. Go to jazzercise.com for more information.
