Yoga for Every "Body" 16+ yrs Experience a complete workout for body, mind and spirit. Build strength, increase flexibility and relax the mind while focusing on proper alignment and breathe awareness in a variety of yoga postures. Class is suitable for beginners who wish to learn the fundamentals of yoga, as well as more experienced practitioners who want to refine their practice. Please bring your own mat and water.
