Total Body Fitness Boot Camps provides a fun and creative total body workout in an indoor environment that is encouraging and fun. A 60-minute workout (legs, arms, back & core) while adding a variety of cardiovascular exercises (plyometrics & agility drills) to your workouts. EVERYONE is encouraged to work at their fitness levels. Modifications and progressions are shown for most exercises. Free childcare for morning classes. Instructor: Melissa Richards

    M-F  9-10 am 
    M-Th  5:30-6:30 pm 
        Fees: $8 (Drop-in) or $55/mo.
