Earth Day is Monday, April 22. It is a highly recognized day that is intended to raise international awareness and appreciation for the Earth's natural environment. Earth Day is celebrated in more than 175 countries every year. In observance of Earth Day, the Town will be holding a special recycling drop-off event on Saturday, April 20 at the Queen Creek Library - South Parking Lot, 21802 S. Ellsworth Road. The celebration will include a recycling drop-off, in partnership with Right Way Disposal and CMS/Morrell.  There were also be games, giveaways, education materials and free ice cream! Drop off a recyclable item and enter to win a bistro set from CVS pharmacy. The drop-off will include: Electronics, Tires, Appliances, Metals, Rechargeable Batteries, and Document Shredding.
